The powerful feature set makes Kontakt the first choice for instrument developers worldwide, and it just got even bigger with enhanced synth capabilities, including real-time wavetable, frequency modulation, and ring modulation oscillators.

GENERAL CHANGES:
• ADDED new instrument: The Aftertouch instrument generates polyphonic aftertouch from any MIDI input
• ADDED support for NKS Connect
• ADDED update notifications that will appear if a newer version of Kontakt is available for installation
• ADDED a new overlay to inform users of any changes after installing new versions of Kontakt
• ADDED new instruments that are hidden by default for paid Kontakt users
• FIXED a custom sort order in the browser sidebar that was incorrectly invoked under certain conditions
• FIXED a bug where the info panel in the sidebar could unintentionally truncate text
• FIXED a crash when moving certain instruments between cells
• FIXED a bug where some libraries were not loading correctly in slot 1, resulting in silence
• FIXED a bug where where replacing an instrument could cause slots to be incorrectly reordered.
• FIXED a bug where the Save As menu was displayed in the wrong order.
• FIXED a bug where instruments sending RPN messages would interfere with instruments using RPN.
• FIXED an issue with the NKS controller display for instruments.
• FIXED a bug where the NKS indicator was not always showing the correct color.
• FIXED bugs where CC values were dependent on the audio buffer size and were sometimes ignored.
• FIXED MIDI pitch shifting when certain instruments do not require it.
• FIXED instruments sending RPN messages would interfere with instruments using RPN.
• FIXED only one controller value being processed per audio buffer.
• FIXED $KEY_COLOR_DEFAULT was blue instead of turquoise on MK3 HW.

CHANGES BUILDER:
• ADDED waveform* improvements, including bug fixes and a completely rewritten API for loading samples and accessing zones from the Komplete script
• FIXED a bug where the Komplete UI waveform would display silence with an overly thick line
• FIXED a bug where the Komplete UI waveform would display erroneous spikes at the end of a sample
• FIXED a bug where Raum reverb would become non-functional
