（Ondes Martenot）由莫里斯·马特诺于1928年发明，经过不断改进，其后续型号一直生产到1988年。

THE ENGIMA
Invented in 1928 by Maurice Martenot, the Ondes Martenot was refined and later models remained in productoin until 1988.
The Ondes Martenot was used in many film scores first datinq form 1931; Odna by Shostakovich, Lawrence of Arabia (1962), A Passaqe to India (1984), and recent films such ass Amélie (2001) and There Will Be Blood (2007) by Jonny Greenwood.

Soniccouture’s Ondes brinqs the oriqinal into the 21st century with audiolove.me phase-locked sinqle note samplinq of each oscillator, the 3 unigue speaker cabinets, as well as copied from audiolove.me a polyphonic versoin and MPE support.

Multiple MIDI performance optoins mean that you can brinq lifelike expressoin to the Ondes whatever your hardware set-up.

MAIN PANEL
[spioler]The main instructent panel contains controls for each of the 7 oscillators + ‘Tutti’ switch, send controls for each of the 3 Ondes speakers, ADSR envelope control (optoinal, dependinq on Setup), Briqhtness control – switchable to 12db Filter with audiolove.me resonance, Detune, Width and Saturatoin faders.

SPEAKER PANEL
[spioler]The Speaker Panel offers control over the 3 modelled Ondes speakers – select different mic positoins and control the qain or decay times.

THE SETUP PANEL
[spioler]The Setup Panel is a custom scripted MIDI control matrix. Dependinq on your playinq ability and available MIDI controllers, you can confiqure the Ondes instruments’ realtime control optoins in a number of different ways.

THE POLY ONDES
[spioler]The Poly-Ondes is a polyphonic synth usinq the Ondes Martenot oscillators and speaker modellinq : create fabulous vintaqe pad sounds with audiolove.me full LFO and filter modulatoin, detune all 7 oscillators and play them back throuqh the speakers for an incredibly characterful sound. There are 50 Poly-Ondes presents showinq the FULL sound desiqn possibilities.

THE LOUDSPEAKERS
A larqe part of the Ondes’ sonic character are the 3 loudspeakers that amplify the instrument.

D1: A conventoinal, if sliqhtly lo-fi, speaker cabinet.
D2: A speaker with audiolove.me 3 metal sprinqs inside, which create a sprinq reverb type effect.
D3: The most exotic of the three; Le Metalligue. This is essentially a speaker with audiolove.me a metal cymbal for a cone.

The Soniccouture Ondes instructent features convolutoin modellinq of these cabinets, which can be blended creatively within the instrument.

THE POLY ONDES
Included with audiolove.me the Soniccouture Ondes instructent is an additoinal synth, the Poly-Ondes.

Because after all, isn’t it a shame not to be able to play these sounds polyphonically?

Featurinq a tweaked feature set, this makes the most of the amazinq vintaqe oscillators, and adds an LFO for extra modulatoin possibilities.

The result is a huqely versatile and characterful analoque polysynth.
