About the Instrument
Explore the sound world of Trails II with a free, stripped-down version of the Textural Sax instrument. Featuring all articulations from the full library, a blended mix of the close, room, and resonant contact microphones, and one of the atmospheric sound layers from the main instrument.

Experience the unique combination of expressive performance and organic sound design that defines Trails II, from evolving textures to cinematic sonic movement.

Blueprint: Trails II pairs perfectly with the other textural libraries in the Blueprint series — Textural Violin, Textural Viola, and Textural Cello — and was recorded in the same London studio space as Blueprint: Gentle Winds.

The Interface
Dynamics – Control the dynamic layers via the mod wheel/ CC1.
Scatter – Randomise the pan of each sample.
Lo-Fi – Changes the intensity of the lo-fi effects chain, and the volume of the noise layers.
Reverb – Control the level of reverb with further settings if you click the cog.
Atmosphere – Control the level of the Atmosphere Layer and press [S] to solo it.
Individual Articulation Settings – Click the cog on each articulation to change the Volume, Pan, Attack and Release envelopes. Shift⇧ + Click on multiple articulations to have them play back at the same time.
Settings – Click the cog for additional Tightness and Dynamic Settings.
